The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes is provided by the Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (the “Czech Arbitration Court”). The Czech Arbitration Court administers ADR Proceedings according to ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules, and in line with the Public Policy Rules for .eu of the European Commission (EC Regulation 874/2004).
